    Book Online

    Choose a time that works for you using the booking tool above.

    Initial Consultation

    We'll have a brief conversation to discuss what you're looking for and answer any questions.

    Begin Sessions

    If it feels like a good fit, we'll schedule your first full session — in-person or virtual.

The hardest part is usually the first message. It doesn't have to be a good one. Just send it.

Good to Know

Cancellation policy: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed sessions may be charged the full session fee.

Insurance: Psychotherapy by a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) is not covered by OHIP, but may be covered under your extended health benefits. I provide receipts you can submit for reimbursement.

First session: Your first full session is a chance for us to go deeper into what brought you here and start building a plan together. There's no pressure to have everything figured out before you arrive.
